My goal is to help you live your best life through exercise, & clean nutrition. We want to use exercise and nutrition as a way to point you back to God & to have all the energy to answer His calling in your life. 

I will work individually with you to help establish and fitness and nutrition plan that fit your individual goals. It doesn't matter if you are new mom trying to lose the baby weight or an athlete wishing to have customized training for an upcoming event, I am here to help.

  • 3 week carb cycle to help with weight loss plateau or results prior to an event

  • Individualized nutrition guidance

  • Sports performance for endurance training

  • Assistance with emotional eating and sugar addiction​

  • Nutrition course for pregnancy coming in January 2022
