We want to use exercise and nutrition as a way to point you back to God & to have all the energy to answer His calling in your life. 

I will work individually with you to help establish and fitness and nutrition plan that fit your individual goals. It doesn't matter if you are new mom trying to lose the baby weight or an athlete wishing to have customized training for an upcoming event, I am here to help.  

Health Promotion

After years working in emergency medicine treating many health issues that could have been prevented with simple lifestyle changes, my ultimate goal is to help you create a healthy lifestyle that prevents and/or treats many of the health issues that are a result of poor health habits. 

I want to educate you and how you how simple healthy living can be. You do not have to face years of chronic medical conditions. Perhaps you just need to better understand your health diagnosis to have the right tools to fight back. 

It's also so important that I help you find grace in your journey. You are not defined by your health status or your past failures. We are going to take imperfect and messy action to help you find your best self. 

If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition that could benefit from exercise and/or nutrition, I am here to guide you through that. We can also customize your plan to help you prevent specific medical conditions that you are at risk for. If you are just wanting to maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and spiritual health we are here for that too.
