Peaceful Plate Project

I have partnered with a registered dietician from UCLA to provide you a scientific approach to nutrition. We want to teach you the science behind food and how it fuels your body. Our main mission is to help you disconnect from the negative emotional connection to food and have peace with your plate. 

You do not count calories, but take a systematic approach to your nutrition to find the best results for your body. I am certified with Ilana Muhlstein and her program to be able to assist you through the training and implementation of this program. 

Each week my clients receive meal plans that outline food choices and grocery lists. You also have complete freedom to make it fit for you.

As a busy mom, I am all about simple meals that the whole family will eat! I'm excited to teach you more and help you tailor this to your life and any underlying health conditions you may have.

I personally suffer from PCOS and have worked with many autoimmune and thyroid conditions. 

These plans all fit a vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian way of eating.


We also have instruction specifically for pregnant and breastfeeding moms who want to fuel their growing body with whole foods and feel their best during pregnancy and postpartum.

Carb Cycle

If you are stuck and need get off of a weight loss plateau, carb cycle might be right for you! This is a temporary eating plan that is only intended to be done for 3 weeks and no more than 4 times a year. After this course we transition you to our Peaceful Plate eating plan.
