We know that finding the time to cook can be hard. Here are a few of our quick and easy family friendly recipes for you to enjoy!

Cheesecake Remake
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
-
-1 oz 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese
-
-1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
-
-1/8 cup pure maple syrup
-
-1 pinch salt
-
-2 cups all natural graham crackers
-
-1 tbsp avocado butter
-
-1 cup finely chopped strawberries (or other fruit to top as desired)
-Melt butter and mix with graham crackers in food processor.
-Press firmly into mini muffin tin.
-Mix remaining ingredients expect strawberries in mixer.
-Pour cream mixture on top of crust.
-Top with strawberries
-Chills & serve.
-Makes 20 mini cheesecakes.

-2 cups canned chicken drained

-1 cup 0% Greek yogurt

-½ cup buffalo sauce
-
-¼ cup Bolthouse ranch dressing *alternative ranch powder packet
-
-¼ cup fat free cheddar cheese
-Combine and place in crockpot on low for 1-2 hours or until cheese is melted
Easy Cookies

-2 ripe bananas
-
-1 cup quick oats

-Cinnamon

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-Dark chocolate chips

-Mix and bake at 350*F for 15 minutes
