Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • -1 oz 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese

  • -1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt

  • -1/8 cup pure maple syrup

  • -1 pinch salt

  • -2 cups all natural graham crackers

  • -1 tbsp avocado butter

  • -1 cup finely chopped strawberries (or other fruit to top as desired)

 

-Melt butter and mix with graham crackers in food processor.

-Press firmly into mini muffin tin.

-Mix remaining ingredients expect strawberries in mixer.

-Pour cream mixture on top of crust.

-Top with strawberries

-Chills & serve.

-Makes 20 mini cheesecakes.

 

60 calories, 5 grams of fat, 6 grams of carbs, 0 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of sugar per serving.

  • -2 cups canned chicken drained

  • -1 cup 0% Greek yogurt

  • -½ cup buffalo sauce

  • -¼ cup Bolthouse ranch dressing *alternative ranch powder packet

  • -¼ cup fat free cheddar cheese

 

-Combine and place in crockpot on low for 1-2 hours or until cheese is melted

  • -2 ripe bananas

  • -1 cup quick oats

Optional:

  • -Cinnamon

  • -1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • -1 teaspoon butter extract

  • -Dark chocolate chips

-Mix and bake at 350*F for 15 minutes
